ANZEA Constitutional Purposes
ANZEA is a charitable organisation established solely for the promotion, enhancement and development of high quality services to the peoples of New Zealand through quality evaluation of programmes, services, policy, strategies and other functions delivered or provided by public, private and non-government sectors.
ANZEA was registered as a charitable entity under the Charities Act 2005 on 30 June 2008. Registration number: CC27762

ANZEA Regional Branches
The ANZEA membership is divided into 8 regions – Northland, Auckland, Waikato/Bay of Plenty, Eastern, Central, Wellington/Lower North Island, Upper South Island, Lower South Island. Active branches provide events for members in Auckland, Waikato/Bay of Plenty, Central, Wellington and Upper South Island.
Twelve ANZEA members comprising:
- Deputy Convenor
- Seven general Board members.
ANZEA Portfolios including:
- Branch Development
- Communications including Information Technology
- Māori development
- Pacific development
- Professional Practice development
- Strategic Relationships
Each of the above portfolios is held and managed by a team comprising one of more ANZEA Board members and includes one or more portfolio associates.
