July 7th, 8th & 9th 2021, 9.30am-12.30pm
The Southern Initiative/The Lab, Ngā Aho, Tuakana Teina, Allen and Clarke and the Institute of Public Administration New Zealand (IPANZ) invite you to this online Co-design Symposium. A unique opportunity for public servants all over Aotearoa to learn about engaging effectively in co-design work.

This online symposium “ways of being, knowing and doing” will examine the capabilities and conditions needed to undertake co-design authentically in the public sector, alongside tangata whenua and communities. It will help you understand the benefits of co-design as a way of working together, as well as the values, practical skills and mindsets that underpin such an approach. The programme will involve case studies and contributions from many partners in this mahi.

-Insights into your own personal ability to work in this way, and what changes this will take for you, and your organisations;
-Full appreciation of the constraints, both from the public service and community with ideas on how to address them to move forward.
